Ready to take on new challenges? Majorel recruits for its Abidjan site, a Customer Service Representative (CSR).

Your role will be to handle customer interactions via calls, emails, chats etc; and ensure their satisfaction.
Your mission will also be to offer and sell services, products or solutions and to process the files made available to you.
Profil du poste
You are a young graduate, fluent in both oral and written French and English.
You have a good knowledge of office tools, you love communication and have an excellent relationship.
