NRECA International Ltd. (NRECA) is a not-for-profit rural development services organization established in 1962 that implements projects on behalf of a wide range of clients. Programs designed and implemented by NRECA have focused on improving and expanding rural electric infrastructure, establishing self-sustaining and well-managed rural electric utilities, and providing technical assistance and consulting services to electric utilities in developing economies. NRECA’s principal goal is to expand access to promote rural economic development through expansion of access to commercial electric service in rural areas of the countries it serves.  To further its goals, NRECA is seeking a bilingual Survey Coordinator consultant to work on several upcoming projects within West Africa.
